The compact rubber mixing mill is widely used in the milling process of rubbers and rubber products. The compact rubber mixing mill is mainly used for mixing raw rubber, rubber, thermoplastic or ethylene-vinyl acetate with chemicals, heating, pressing, breaking, plasticizing and mixing.The final material can be transported to rubber calender, batch off cooler, rubber extruder, rubber vulcanizing press or other processing machines for the heating, pressing, breaking, plasticizing and mixing of rubber or plastic products.

Product description

1.The compact rubber mixing mill occupies a small area and the overall length is only 3/4 that of normal rubber mixing mills.

2. The rubber blending mixing mill is equipped with a hardened gear reducer. Gears are all treated by carburizing and quenching techniques. The gear surface is carefully grinded as well. Such processes increase machining accuracy, wear-resistance and reduce noise.

3. The friction gears of the rubber mixing mil sit between the roller and reducer to avoid cooling water and condensate water from entering into lubricating oil trough.


4. The rubber mixing mill is equipped with a stock blender that is usually only used in rubber kneading machines.The advantages of this include a decrease in machine labor intensity and it reduces the mixing time and working efficiency. The hydraulic gluing process also maximizes operation stability.

5. Adoption of a rolling bearing for the roller helps to minimize friction. A labyrinth seal, instead of an oil seal is used to prevent the inconvenience of replacing the framework oil seal while maintaining.
