Introduction
Our ball by forging ball ferrous metallurgy industry standards (YB/T091-2005) specializes in producing hot-rolled steel ball milling and new manually forged steel balls milling. Ball diameter is Φ20mm-Φ160mm, there are 18 kinds of specifications.


Characteristics
1. High whole hardness: The surface hardness could be HRC 60-65, The average volumetric hardness could be HRC 55-65, and the hardness gradient is uniform.
2. High notched bar impact strength: It is more than 12J/CM2.
3. Low breakage rate: Properties for peel and breakage resistant are more than 10 times than traditional steel ball .There is almost no breakage when ball impact more than 200,000 times. Actual breakage rate is less than 1%.
4. No deformation: Steel ball always keep sharp and out of roundness.
