We are specialized in working stainless steel precise casting parts, stainless steel castings normally
produced by precise investment casting process which is called silica sol casting or Colloidal silica
process in China, this process is ideally suitable for complex metal shapes and high grade of alloy. It is
worked in a special designed workshop, with strict material, Temp, processes controlling, and it offers
castings in very smooth surface finishing, closed tolerance and in purity of alloy grade; in generally
speaking, it is suitable for small weight castings and high quality requested parts.
In case of its closed tolerance can be worked, Investment castings can achieve near net shapes with very
little secondary operations required, even no need to do any machining again, this allows the customers
to have very little waste of raw material and reducing overall costs.
Of cause, we offer bigger stainless castings too, it is also can be produced by general lost wax casting
process ( water glass process) to get the costs little lower, such as stainless steel valve body castings.
Stainless steel investment castings are primarily used for corrosion resistance; abrasion resistance and
they typically do not require plating. Stainless steel is one of the most common investment casting
materials, in particular are material of ASTM 304SS and 316 SS , also includes various types of other
material, normally is Chrome-Nickel Stainless Steels, such as ASTM 302, 303, ASTM 304/CF8, ASTM
316/CF8M, and ASTM 410 etc.; also Chrome stainless steels like 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 1Cr18, 0Cr18, Cr27 etc.
